Easter Tree

It’s starting to feel a lot like spring now, which means it’s time to get the Easter tree up! It’s definitely a way to keep the kids entertained for a few hours anyway, so here’s a step by step guide to brighten up your Easter table…

1. Start off by taking a walk around your local park or woodland and collect long small branches that have fallen down. Try and find as many with lots of mini branches.

2-3. Second step is to prepare the branches ready for the vase. Using a pair of garden snipers just cut down the branches to the height you desire. A top tip is to cut them at different lengths so there is lots of variety.

4. Pick a vase and arrange these – it will be a lot easier to play around with once you see the ornaments on.

5. (The fun bit) Decorate the tree with mini Easter eggs, chicks and ribbons. You can even make these yourself if you have the time!

6. Lastly finish off the tree by adding a decorative ribbon around the vase or even add in some fresh spring flowers to brighten it up!

Make sure you send us photos of your creations, we’d love to see them!
